As The Windham Spa enters its 20th year I've become even more intentional about how I care for the people who walk through our doors. Choosing not to offer gift certificates allows me to thoughtfully honor existing commitments and continue providing our guests, old and new, the kind of personal, unhurried experience that has always defined my practice.
